Who we are
If we had to sum up Quidi Vidi Brewery in 3 words it would be PEOPLE, FUN and BEER! We’re all about working with other breweries, throwing events for our community and helping lead and develop the booming craft beer scene in Newfoundland. We’re located minutes from downtown St. John’s in the historic fishing village of Quidi Vidi. Our tap room literally looks over the Atlantic Ocean where we catch fresh cod in the summer. It may just be the nicest location of any brewery in the world! Oh, and we make great beer as well. Ever been on a Dayboil? You’re about to.
Who we are looking for
Brewers are creative and independent people. We want someone who is passionate about beer. Someone who plans vacations around which breweries are in the area. Someone who keeps up on styles and trends and wants to brew the best beer of them all. Beer is a hobby for most people, but it’s LIFE for you.
We also want someone who can go in solo and also be part of the team. We want someone who is comfortable researching, networking and reaching out to other breweries. Someone who is comfortable at the craft beer festivals but also online on the forums. We want someone who wants to collaborate, learn and get better. Someone who would be comfortable leading beer tastings at our events and representing QV internally and externally. We want someone who works hard and plays hard.
