For Featured and Priority Jobs, you have access to the Screening Questionnaires. This is a great tool to quickly screen candidates for suitability based on your own questions and parameters for a “passing” grade. Results are included when you receive a new application alert email.
We suggest you include 5 - 8 questions to help weed out candidates, which simplifies your recruiting process. Include questions that are the “must haves” for the job such as years of experience in a particular field, size of brewing equipment he/she has worked on, degrees etc.
