Ecliptic Brewing is a venture from John Harris, an Oregon craft brewing icon. Craft beer lovers have been enjoying John's beers for over thirty years from breweries such as McMenamins, Deschutes, and Full Sail.
The name Ecliptic Brewing unites John’s two passions: brewing and astronomy. The ecliptic is earth’s yearly path around the sun. We celebrate this journey through the seasons with food and beer menus that rotate throughout the year. We respond to our customer's desires and introduce them to new experiences that we hope keep them coming back for more.
Flagship beers include Starburst IPA, Carina Peach Sour Ale, and Capella Porter Seasonal series favorites change five times a year and include Quasar Pale Ale and Filament Winter IPA. We also brew a selection of Special Releases and Cosmic Collaboration beers.
