Perfect Plain Brewing Co., operates a 10BBL production brewhouse, 1BBL pilot system, and an established cooperage program including clean and sour beer production. Perfect Plain produced approximately 600 barrels in 2018, becoming one of the busiest taprooms in the state of Florida in its first year of operation. In 2019, PPBC is planning rapid expansion into starting its own distribution company and the addition of taproom locations in our region. PPBC is currently expanding its 5,400 square foot location in the heart of downtown taproom to include a beer and cocktail outdoor garden, a private event space, a brand new laboratory and a barrel warehouse in a former horse stable that will be newly renovated.
