The Company is looking to build a large scale brewery in Connecticut (location disclosed when appropriate).  We are looking for a Head Brewer at this point that has some good sized commercial experience and has the talent, creativity and desire to make their own name in the craft space.  Perhaps you already have a great reputation but are looking for a serious project that is well backed.  We would prefer someone, perhaps a current head brewer or maybe an assistant lacking the appropriate creatve latitude an is currently undercompensated, coming from a top craft brewery with a great reputation for quality, consistency and highly rated products.  This is an opportunity to scale an operation in a state of the art, brand new facility in a great market.  The project will take some time to develop and so we will be looking for candidates that would be comfortable with helping to shape the project today, but fully-transition to a permanent role over time.  That said, this may or may not be the case, depending on the requirements involved with the execution of each phase of the plan.  The right candidate will be highly recognized and well compensated for their contributions.
