I'm an engineer in systems infomation and work for a US company since 2008. I'm an owner of a microbrewery in a city near Córdoba. I started brewering since 2001 as a homebrewer, got the passion and keep brewing until I could start with a brewery with 500 litres batch. I brew multiple styles but most common are: scottish, blonde ale, cream stout, and session ipa. My favorite styles are trappistes, so I'm including a saison now, for the spring/summer. the pix I've attached is for a scottish.
