Carson's Brewery, located in Evansville, IN, is Southern Indiana's premier micobrewery.  In the beginning, Carson's Brewery utilized a half-barrel batch brewing system to test, improve and perfect recipes for many different styles of beer.  As a result, six beers were chosen and offered to the public on a continuous basis.  These six beers quickly developed a following and allowed Carson's Brewery to move into a new 10,000 square foot facility with a JVNW 20 barrel batch brewing system and seven fermenters.  The core beers, along with other seasonals and barrel aged craft beers, are currently available in package and draft in your favorite bars, restaurants and package liqour stores.
