We are a brewpub-in-planning for our town of 45,000 people just 17 miles west of Chicago that just approved microbreweries in our city limits, so we will be the first in town.  We have a 6k sq ft space, of which 3k sq ft is our beergarden, we have local government approval and backing, investors, and are conducting our buildout now.
