Big Time Brewery & Alehouse has been in business in Seattle’s colorful “U-District” since 1988. We are Seattle’s original brew pub.  We are a classic American Alehouse located in an old yellow brick building with high ceilings and lots of stained wood. The pub has an antique bar, and lots of old beer signs.

Big Time’s brewery is a 14 barrel JV Northwest system consisting of a gas fired brew kettle, an infusion mash tun with mixer, a hot liquor back, a wort cooler, (5) 14 barrel fermenters,  a bright beer tank, and (20) 7 bbl serving tanks.
