Named the Best New Brewery of 2015 in Minnesota (City Pages), Insight brewing is a globally inspired brewery making adventurous beers from around the world and bringing them back to the Midwest. We run a 30 bbl brew house and are looking to produce 10,000 bbls in 2016. Currently, we are kegging and canning our beers with a bottling capability coming in 2016. We’re also launching a sour program and a more robust barrel program in the next year. As a company, our mentality is to treat employees like family.
