We are a small start-up brewery-in-planning in Farmerville, north Louisiana.  Currently we are searching for a head brewer to work closely with us in getting off the ground.  From production schedules, best practices, developing our flagship recipes, etc., we want someone who is looking for a career and is willing to grow with us.

The rennovations of a 3200 SF horse barn are underway and we anticipate production commencing during the first quarter of 2016.

Current equipment: 1/2 barrel Brew Magic through SABCO.  Future equipment is a 5 BBL brew house, 2 10 BBL Brites and 2 10 BBL Fermenters, and a 16 can per minute manual canning line.  

Projected barrels in our first year: 750 - 1k.
