Jopen is one of the biggest Dutch Craft Beer breweries. Located in the city centre of Haarlem (near Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport)in a renovated church. Jopen specialises in historic and modern Craft beers, only top fermented beers. The gamma includes historic brews, with recipes that date back to 1407 and 1501 but also Rye Pale Ale, IPA's and barrel-aged beers The brewery is devided over two locations, 1 the church in the city centre were brewing is combined with bar and (beer)restaurant and 2 a location in the industrial area (15 minutes from the church) were the bottling hal is. In the bottling location a new bottling line is set up together with extra lagertanks and storage of malt, hops and pakkaged beer. Round June 2015 the second brew house in the Industrial area should be operational to. This to be able to supply the growing demand in The Netherlands and export.
